AVAILABILITY OF THE PRODUCTS
The complete management of your order is subject to the availability of the requested products. Therefore, it is possible that when preparing your order, the warehouse does not have the product you want because there is no stock available or we consider that the product is not in conditions for its sale. In this case, we reserve the right to provide you with information about substitute products with equal or superior value which are available to be ordered. If the User does not wish to place an order for these substitute products, any amount paid will be reimbursed.
ORDERS
There is no minimum quantity to place an order, unless the reference unit is an assortment or pack, in which case this assortment or pack will be taken as a minimum unit.
Orders will be placed through our website www.ti-tin.com where you can check the real stock of all items. Orders can also be placed by e-mail info@ti-tin.com. Orders placed online through the website have priority treatment.
Small orders receive the same priority as large orders.
Special price requests for large orders must be sent to the commercial responsible for your area and will be answered within 24 hours of receipt. They can also be requested through the email address info@ti-tin.com
Once an order has been processed to our system, its modification is not possible.
DELIVERY TIME
Orders including items in stock received and processed before 12:00 am will be sent the same day of the reception of the order and the delivery will be in a period of 2-3 working days for Spain and 3-4 working days for the Balearic Islands, Portugal and Andorra. Please check in case of the Canary Islands.
For orders of items without stock you will be informed of the expected delivery time.
SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping is free for orders with a net value greater than € 150 (+ VAT) and for a single delivery address for mainland Spain. If you request an advance shipment of the items in stock from an order, the rest of the pending order will be subjected to shipping costs of € 8.00 (+ VAT).
Shipping costs for orders less than € 150 is € 8.00 (+ VAT) per shipment, included in the invoice.
Please check in the case of the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and the rest of the CE.
PAYMENT TERMS
Customers without an open line of credit
Advance payment by card or bank transfer before goods are dispatched.
Payment on Delivery of the entire order upon receipt of the goods. Cash fee of € 6.00.
Customers with an open line of credit
Creaciones Forcada will assess granting Credit to customers with a minimum volume of € 1200.00 net invoiced during the last year and will grant a credit limit to each customer based on the risk granted by our insurance company. You can make your request by contacting your assigned commercial agent or writing an e-email to info@ti-tin.com. Payment will be 30 days F / F. In the event of returns of receivables for reasons beyond Creaciones Forcada,, a fee of 3.5% of the nominal amount will be charged with a minimum of € 15 in terms of return and administration costs plus taxes. Both the commission and the minimum amount may suffer variations depending on the bank conditions used by Creaciones Forcada at that time.
Creaciones Forcada reserves the right to modify the terms of credit and payment without prior notice.
CLAIMS AND RETURNS
Items and materials must be verified upon receipt in terms of reference, quality, size and color. Claims for garments or materials already used or handled will not be accepted.
1. The limit to inform us of your intention to make a return is 7 working days from the date of delivery.
2. If the reason for the return is not attributed to a cause or error of Creaciones Forcada, the shipping costs for the return will be charged to the user.
3. To proceed with the return you must send an email to info@ti-tin.com indicating the details of the order and reason for the return.
4. The refund will be made after checking the correlation between the items received and the ones authorized by our customer service department. In the same way we will carry out a verification of the status of the product to ensure that it is adequate.
5. Refunds for discontinued or used items are not accepted.
SIZES
Each manufacturer has their sizes and colors. We assume that the sizes requested are correct. Consult in case of doubt.
WASHING TIPS
CREACIONES FORCADA recommends the use of liquid neutral detergents in order to take care of your products since regular ones have too many bleaching agents.
The overdosage of detergents spoils the clothes, harms the environment and, in addition, a bad dissolution of the detergent can cause stains on the clothes.
The use of mechanical dryers is discouraged, as fabrics become opaque and friction increases wear.
High temperatures are always harmful to fabric. After machine washing, it is advisable to hang clothes immediately, since leaving the laundry for a long time in the washing machine can cause bad odour and humidity in the garments.
Avoid direct exposure to sunlight when drying clothes on the outside as they lose colour.
Fade-out garments should be washed separately or with other similar coloured garments.
OUR RIGHT TO MODIFY THESE CONDITIONS
CREACIONES FORCADA reserves the right to review and modify these Conditions at any time.
However, the price and other conditions of the items that you have requested will not be modified during the period of time between your offer and the acceptance of the same issued through the confirmation of delivery unless by law or decision of government agencies we should make changes retroactively in those policies, Conditions or Privacy Statement, in which case, the possible changes will also affect the orders you had previously made.
APPLICABLE LEGISLATION AND JURISDICTION
The use of our website and its products are regulated by Spanish legislation.
The resolution of any type of controversy, dispute or discrepancy that may arise between the User and CREACIONES FORCADA for the use of this website, will be submitted to the Courts and Tribunals that are competent in accordance with current legislation.
